(The last Friday of each month, the Health Center closes at noon.)
Funding: The Wesley Community & Health Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Our programs are supported through a combination of grants, donations, and fee-for-service payments.
Food Assistance (when available): Emergency food bags are available on a daily basis, Monday - Friday, from 10:00am - 3:00pm. A form of photo ID is required. Please call ahead to confirm availability. (602-252-5609)
