Services: Wesley - a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit Agency - offers social programs and services to greater Phoenix residents.

Rental Assistance: We refer these requests to other Organizations.

Food Assistance (when available): Emergency food bags are available on a daily basis, M - F from 9 - 3 PM to residents in our service area. Please call ahead to confirm availability. Please provide a photo ID. 

Program Service Area: 16th St to Central and Van Buren to Salt River

Pre-School: We refer these requests to other Organizations.

Wesley Health Center Hours: Monday thru Friday   9:00am-4:30pm
   extended hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00pm to 9:00 pm
