For the past thirteen years, Wesley has hosted hundreds of tour and lunch guests; moreover, since the January 28, 2006 fire and resulting health center reconstruction,in April 2007, we have hosted hundreds more.  Usually, we have been able to accommodate the requested dates and times. 

 

However, due to the fact that the health clinic hours now include Monday through Friday, we have some limitations.  ( I know that all of you can appreciate the fact that the patients, volunteers, and medical staff do not need to have groups of visitors walking through at any time.)  The most convenient day and time for tours/lunches includiing the clinic are Mondays between 10 - 12 noon.  The tour will be first and may be followed by lunch at 12 noon or later.   Wesley Center tours including the clinic are usually possible on Saturdays or even Sunday afternoons.  (Lunch may/may not possible, depending upon kitchen staff availability.)

 

Wesley Center is always open Tuesday through Friday for tours/lunches that do not include seeing the clinic.  The lunches are still $6 per person (cost has not changed since 2001).   Please contact the Executive Director, Betty Mathis, at 602.252.5609 or e-mail at mathiswcc@aol.com for scheduling.  Thank you for understanding the need for these changes.
